James E. Poe - CEO & Financial Advisor

James has over 33 years of financial and insurance experience. He oversees the entire operation. James has extensive experience in all facets of retirement planning. He is comfortable working with a broad range of plans using a variety of platforms.

Dauphinais M. Poe - President & Co-Founder

Dauphinais oversees marketing, public relations, and client appreciation events for the company. She is the driving force behind Senior Retirement Planners and runs the daily operations of our company.

Carl L. Rawlings - Financial Advisor

Carl has over 48 years of financial and insurance experience. He is experienced and qualified in all areas of retirement planning. His extreme dedication to his clients allows them to achieve their financial goals.

Britni Levensailor - Assistant Vice President

Britni is the fifth youngest of the six children Jim and Dauphinais have.  She is the Assistant Vice President at SRP and was the first employee at our firm.  Her attention to detail and photographic memory makes her a great asset to the company.

Monique Hoemberg - CIO/CFO

Monique is the youngest of all the children. She is graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in December 2007 with a BBA in entrepreneurship management. Monique is our CIO and CFO. She handles the company finances as well as all IT support.

Corrine Fancher - Project Manager

Corrine is daughter number four and has recently been promoted to Project Manager.  She coordinates our monthly seminars, client appreciation events and provides client support on a daily basis.  Corrine has been married for five years and has one daughter. 

Mary Doshier - Client Services

Mary is the newest member of our staff.  She is our Client Services Representative who handles all phone calls and assists clients daily.  Mary moved here from Alabama and has three children.  Her cheery personality makes everyone feel welcome.
